Connie P’s Coo’Bio

Good Times and Car Wash wasn’t the only thing The 70’s birthed!  As a native Mississippian, Connie P. Perkins (affectionately called by her friends as “C-Diddy”) began enriching her life’s purpose at the historical Jackson State University earning degrees in both Mass Communications and Business with a passion and focus in Advertising and Marketing.  “Deep in the Heart of Texas” is where for several years she joined the tenacious world of Corporate America and became the National Multicultural Marketing Specialist for Southwest Airlines.

Connie P has traveled extensively throughout the country and has worked in conjunction with national media partners creating marketing strategies, promotions, and projects for Black Entertainment Television (BET), Essence Magazine, TVOne Networks, Ebony Magazines, The Tom Joyner Morning Show, The Steve Harvey Morning Show and dozens of radio stations nationwide.   When Connie P’s not hanging out at The Coo’Show, she spends most of her time with family and friends and doing “anything creative”! Connie P is a member of the illustrious Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and World Overcomers Outreach Ministries Church . She’s also a proud supporter of the NAACP, the Tom Joyner Foundation, & PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA!
